Roman Waldera is the Broker/Realtor and Owner for a big reason. Roman decided he did not want to be sitting in a room with 250 agents getting ready to go for a ride on a Wednesday taking a tour of only the homes that that real estate company has listed.

You see some people were meant to follow and some people were meant to lead. Roman Waldera has been leading since he first decided Real Estate was what he wanted to spend the rest of his life doing.

Roman has a license in Georgia and South Carolina. Roman is proud to say he was born and raised in Augusta, Ga. He went to Butler High School and Aquinas High School. He is a third generation homegrown success story.

How it started…

Roman’s career in real estate began in 2000 when he took a position with 1st choice mortgage Equity Corp of Lexington as a mortgage loan originator, by the end 2000, he was given his own branch office in Augusta and by 2002 was promoted to Senior VP. While Roman was working with First Choice Mortgage Equity Corp. he began buying rehabbing and selling real estate. In 2004 Roman obtained his real estate license and by 2008 he became a broker and opened Roman Realty.

Now working with First Choice Mortgage with & Roman Realty, his extensive knowledge of the mortgage and real estate market, he has been helping his clients secure financing and find the home of their dreams. He also works with many investors looking to buy or sell at discounted rates. Roman has also worked on many commercial projects including storage projects and small neighborhoods.
